Shipping Options
Orders are shipped by U.P.S. The chart below shows transit time
for U.P.S. Ground Service. Overnight, two-day, and three-day
delivery services are also available. (call customer service at
(800)755-2095 for details) All times are based on shipping from our
Northern Illinois location. We reserve the right from time to time
to drop ship from other locations.

The Chart above specifies transit time based on "working days". All
orders placed by 2:00 Central Standard Time usually ship the same
day. If order must be received by a certain date, please call our
customer service desk at (800) 755-2095 with the specific deadline.
If the deadline cannot be met, you will be notified.
Sometimes we will ship from a
secondary location to reach the customer faster
Please note actual shipping charges are charged on all orders.
Items temporarily out of stock or other certain products may be
shipped separately .
Method of Payment
COD: Your order will be shipped the same day. UPS will accept
cash or company checks, just pay the driver (COD chg $9.00)
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. (VISA, Master
Card, Discover, American Express) Simply fill in the information on
your order form or phone in your order and we will collect the
needed information.
For your safety we require a

open account after we have approved your credit application.

Returned Checks
There will be a $10 service fee
enforced for checks that are returned due to NSF or other account
issues.
Past
Due Invoices
All
merchandise is to be paid within the terms stated on your invoice. A
5% or $5.00, which ever is greater, late charge will be assessed to
all invoices that go past 30 days over their respective due
date.
At the time an unpaid invoice goes to 45 days past due, the debt will be turned over for debt collection.
Tax
State tax, based on the rate for Winnebago County (7.25%), will be
applied to all orders shipped within Illinois.

Terms and
Conditions
Please notify Autotech & Niles Marketing with all changes or
cancellations immediately. Because all orders usually ship the same
day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping or
restocking costs incurred due to a cancellation or change.
For custom
orders artwork will be provided to you for your approval. Written
confirmation/approval will be required prior to us printing the
job. Autotech will not be held responsible when a proof was
approved & signed. Check for correct, spelling, numbers, spacing, &
color. For license plate frames the dealer is ultimately responsible
for ensuring that the frame style chosen does not interfere with
their respective state laws.
All
custom orders are subject to a +/- 10% over/under runs billed pro
rata at the same unit price, plus freight. All orders are subject to
a set-up charge as indicated in the text description of that
product. This charge will be added to your order and reflected in
your final invoice.
For custom orders delivery;
date shown are for ship date & not delivery date. Every effort to
deliver custom items on or before stated dates will be made, but can
not be guaranteed.
If canceling a custom order;
any order canceled or changed during production will incur the full
cost of molding or set-ups & any other cost incurred in the
production and/or shipping to date.
Stock item pricing is on a total order per item basis while custom
items are on total qty per setup basis. Such as, 75G #7's can be
combined with 75G #2's to achieve price break, while different
custom set ups, even if placed at the same time, will each be
considered separate orders.
Although we make every effort to maintain the prices shown in our
web site, Autotech & Niles Marketing reserves the right to change
prices due to an increase in product cost.
If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged
products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels.
Call Autotech & Niles Marketing immediately to file a claim.
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Autotech & Niles
Marketing. If you need to return product, please call us at (800)
755-2095 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns are available on most
items, but does exclude but not limited to: Custom imprinted items,
item used or damaged by the dealer, & car platforms.
Autotech & Niles Marketing does not disclose nor sell your company
information to any third party. However, if you do not want to
receive any future Autotech & Niles Marketing catalogs, mailings,
nor e-mails, please send us your request.
